Legendary and most renowned Professor Dr. Kaniz Moula was born in Dhaka in 1949. She graduated from Dhaka Medical College in 1972. She obtained her Post graduate FCPS in Medicine in the year 1980, from BCPS (Bangladesh College of Physician & Surgeons). Later she received her FRCP from the Royal College of Physicians, UK. She also achieved FACP from the American College of Physicians. She spent the rest of her career at Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital and was the Head of the Department of Medicine for 40 years. Currently, she is working as a Senior Consultant at United Hospital, Gulshan, Dhaka. She was involved in various research works and her writings were published in various local and foreign medical journals. She is an active participant in numerous medical bodies at home and abroad. She was honored by many National and International Awards.
